...in all of these "pre-season" rankings for 2015 so far. Auburn does what Auburn likes in the rankings every season. You can't define us no matter how hard you try. If we start out ranked at #119...we will end up at #3, or #2, or #1. We do what we feel at the moment. You just never know what you will get. We have no entitlement whatsoever, and that is a GREAT thing to have these days.

On the other hand, UGA is crowned a "potential" pre-season SEC Championship year...after year...after year...after year...after year.....and fails to reach it's goals...and their own fan base wants to crucify their head coach and all of their team (especially their "dream-team" play-makers) for "failing THEM" after not living up to their expectations.

That is the difference between these two programs right now.

I like how Auburn does it. I like the passion that we have and just never knowing what you will get. God knows we are blessed with talent. That goes a long way.

At least we don't waste it.

Well the difference between the two programs last year was 27 points.

AU and hype don't mix well. You seem to know that well. The rest? You have quite the imagination.

I would rather earn the hype than be given it each year like UGA does. Even their own fans are tired of this crap.

At least Florida earned their Championships on the field back in the 90's. That was pure domination.

You just knew that they would have a great team no matter what. Mark Richt just leaves so many questions year after year.

I like UGA - I really do, but dadgummit dawgs, if you are gonna beat us make it worthwhile by winning some type of championship. Otherwise, just roll over and let us get an easy win. Simple as that

Auburn has worked its way from outside of the Top 25 into the top 10 time and time again. We PROVED to be there AFTER the season had commenced...even with one or two losses along the way.

UGA, on the other hand started there on reputation alone...and underperformed time and time again.

Now they are ranked in the top 10 for 2015 once again.

Sad.

Sad.

Last season UGA started the season ranked 12th by the AP.
UGA finished the season ranked 9th by the AP.

Last season Auburn started the season ranked 6th by the AP.
Auburn finished the season ranked 22nd by the AP.

So, yeah, real fine analysis there Mr. Hawking.

And, one more thing .... 34-7.

There's not a whole lot about Auburn that I don't consider "wasteful."
