Teams started figuring out that you put all the focus on Stewart and Molinar. Howland hasn't adjusted enough from what I have seen.

Howland made a huge mistake when he took over a train wreck. He should have just sacrificed a season or two and rebuilt from scratch by stacking quality young players and sitting some on the bench for a year until we had enough talent to play.
Every year he has been here we have two good players and when they are gone we have two new good players but never a complete team. Just when you think about the next year you realize you are losing the only talent you do have.
