How would you feel about no conferences?

No SEC and all the traditions that went with it. Some in Congress, media, and lesser P4 leaders are allegedly pushing this agenda.

I guess they blame greed and conference expansion for ruining college football and the B1G/SEC dominance of TV exposure and playoff domination of the 2 super leagues.

I think the B1G/SEC should break away and take UNC, UV, FSU, Arizona, Utah, and Notre Dame with us.
The P2 spent time and money to build their brands and the Big 12 and ACC had an equal chance but could not overcome their own greed, jealousy, and pride.

No one but Big 12 fans watch their teams and its mostly the same for the ACC and I doubt that will ever change so you are right.

That doesn’t seem likely at this point, but I could definitely expect fewer conferences than currently exist.

OSU can go independent just go ahead and follow Notre Dame example.
