14' Season Stats
190-rushes 1,203-yards 6.3-a carry 11-tds
28-receptions 370-yards 13.2-a catch 1-td

listed @ 5'9" 218 (if you've been around Josh you know he's probably closer to 5'7)

status- Entering the 2015 NFL Draft

I can see J-Rob as a Warrick Dunn type back. Very hard to tackle. Hate he's leaving early. We aren't really used to skill players leaving early. How do you think he'll do? Think he'll get drafted?

Probably very little like all the other MSU backs that have gone to the NFL

Probably pretty well, he is a good back.

He's not like all the other backs we've had. Much better talent and a higher ceiling. Should be a couple years before he settles in. Very tough as well, and not injury prone. Hopefully he has a long career. A great kid too, he deserves it.

I could see him having a Michael Turner type career. Be a solid back up for a while while learning the game and improving. Have a breakout year and become the feature back for another team.

I can agree with that. Hopefully he finds a team where he is a perfect fit. Kind of like Maurice Jones Drew. That's really his only hope to being a team's every down back.

Maybe 4th or 5th round
He's not an everydown back

I'll say 6th round. He'll have to be lucky to find a team that he fits in perfectly to have a chance of becoming an every down back. Will be a feature back behind someone he can learn from IMO.

5th- 6th round (RBs aren't as valuable as they used to be). That having been said, at 5'9/218, he seems like he'd be durable enough to be an every down back.

If I'm being honest, I think he's a step or two too slow to really make it in the NFL.

He's a great guy though, by all accounts, so I hope he proves me wrong with a long, successful career. We need more representation in the league.

I'm not 100% sure he gets drafted at all. He's borderline but it will all be about getting in the right situation for him. Making a team is what counts and getting drafted by a team with good RBs would be a killer. What worries me bout him is his utility value. Former MSU RB and late round draft pick Anthony Dixon has made a career in the NFL out of being one of the best special team players in the league in addition to a back-up RB. I'm not sure I see J-Rob with the same coverage unit and blocking abilities. All that said, I've loved having him in maroon and hope he kills it at the next level. One of my faves

With the value of RB's down these days he'll be lucky to get drafted. He'll probably get a FA deal and be invited to camp. Hope he does well.

That's what I'm thinking. RB just isn't as important as it used to be

I'm not sure if he is ready yet. I hope he does well, he is one of my favorite all time state players.

He just seemed average against the better defenses we played rather than show out like a NFL ready RB would do.

I think another year at State would raise his draft stock.

I doubt it would.

I'm happy for him. He's an awesome dude and he needs money.
