Saban has had multiple number recruiting classes. Surely he has multiple undefeated seasons.

Should be pretty obvious.

Alabama hasn't had just two 1st round picks in over a decade.

Rebuilding year.

He does have multiple undefeated seasons including the hardest one in SEC history. 10 game SEC schedule undefeated.

Outside of Anderson who didn't have tremendous production UGA lost not one player of any consequence.

Wrong:

Starting Qb
Best pass rusher Anderson
Best WR Pickens

Imagine Bama losing their starting Qb, best pass rusher Anderson, and best WR. Consider the consequences of that group of 3.

UGA fans dont have to because we lived it and our team overcame it.

Idiot Tide fans (CFP Punching Bags, 4 Losses, wow) are absolutely livid ITT. I get it though

I’d probz be pissed too if my team hadn’t won a real natty in over half a decade!

You'd think with all the success they've had recently Bama wouldn't be so assraw and insecure over losing a title, but they just can't help themselves. It's just excuses and copium everywhere you look. Very sad.

Didn’t Stetson Bennett (23 starts) play in the NC?

And the other pass rusher just got drafted number one overall tonight.

Best WR Pickens

Once again, the guy that played in the NC?

They are melting big time tonight.

It's embarrassing.

Maybe even more embarrassing than that humiliating 33-18 beat down that Georgia administered to them on 1/10/22 .

Yes, but JT Daniels was the starting QB, and he got hurt. Good thing Kirby had the backup Qb ready to go.

Anderson was UGA's best pass rusher, just like Anderson was Bama's best pass rusher.

Yes, the guy who tore his ACL, who played less snaps than Jameson Williams in the NC.

Your starting QB was a scrub who is on his 3rd team. He put up 3 pts against the only team he played against with a pulse last year. Bryce Young won the Heisman. This is what we call a false equivalency.

Anderson Anderson wasn't nearly that productive and was less vital than Chris Allen. Chris Allen was all sec and lead the SEC in tackles for loss in 2020. Bama lost him for the season game 1 against Miami. Losing a player early in the season where a replacement can gain experience is vastly different than losing a player mid game or in the SECCG. Dallas Turner was able to replace Chris Allen in time. This is where UGA fans keep making false equivalencies. Bama lost 4 starters from the December game to January.

No Bama fans are really mentioning the injured players from earlier in the season only the ones that got injured from 1 game to the next. Vastly different team from December to January.

Pickens while talented never produced at a high level and was often injured.

He had less yards and TDs in 3 seasons than what what Williams had in 1 season last year. Not the same caliber of WR. Not even mentioning Metchie who UGA also had no match for.

You had one significant injury while Bama had numerous injuries, especially later in the year.

He was our starter, but he got hurt, so we used his backup all season long. Be thankful Bama didnt have to use their backup all season long. Yall didnt have a guy ready to go like UGA did.

None of our players were ultra productive from a Fantasy standpoint, so dont fool yourself with this nonsense.

What matters is that he was our best pass rusher, and Bama benefitted from his dismissal. Be thankful Bama didnt lose their best pass rusher in the middle of the season. That made things much easier for Bama. Hell, We lost Jermaine Johnson to lack of PT due to having Adam Anderson, so we didnt have the depth we expected to have to replace him.

True and that certainly evened things up. Bama obviously needed to have a major advantage to beat UGA. Times have indeed changed.

There you go with the idiotic stat argument again. Its as if quality of passer and type of offense is irrelevant to Wr production in your eyes.

When an ACL tear occurs, you are gonna miss games often. Good call there.

Point is, the UGA O would have looked very different if we had JTD throwing to Pickens all season long.

We all saw what happened to that defense when they had to face a legit QB and legit weapons on the outside.

It’s sad that bama is the only team in college football that has to deal with injuries. Maybe if y’all recruited better it wouldn’t hurt you as much.

This might be new news to you, but Nick Saban is a pretty good coach.
