So they found their rythem at home against UTSA and South Carolina? Good for them.

Let down after game against Bama. The main reason the game was close was because of home field advantage which they will not have against UT.

Zero scared.
It took the best UTk team in close to 15 years, home-field advantage, 17 penalties, an uncharacteristic missed FG, and a dropped gimmie pass for UT to win last year.
Both were better teams last year, but I think it falls Bama's way by two scores.

It'll be tough to mustard up the courage

how good is UT's oline and secondary? Run defense?

Are you talking about the Vols team that I watched getting dominated by Florida??.. Once the Vols get away from Neyland they are a shell of themselves and the game is not in Knoxville this year.. You Vol fans act like you are the ones who have won 15 of the last 16 against Bama.. Like Bama is supposed to fear you because you had one decent year.. Lol get a grip

Teams who play absolutely zero defense are not allowed in this thread.
Apologies for LSU sucking in advance.

Bama is not what they used to be. They are trending down because Saban should have been retired 2 years ago already while Heupel is just beginning his reign.

Our oline when healthy, which we finally are is pretty damn good.
Our secondary is big time improved from last year and our dline is elite.
Our defense is much better than last year's team but losing Hooker, Hyatt, Tilman, Wright and now Bru MCcoy from last year's offense would be tough for any team to overcome.
We are literally just one consistent QB and a breakout WR away from being elite right now.
If Milton improves and our younger WRs step up by latter part of the season, we will be damn good.
We definitely have to win these next two games though. By any means necessary.

The game is in Bear stadium on Saban field and sponsored by the REC, I doubt they are concerned

It won't be easy but our defense might actually be up to the task against them this year.

What does this have to do with anything?

You better hope the OL has figured it out because the defensive front you are about to play is head and shoulders better than anyone you’ve seen so far and if they can’t protect Milton it’s gonna be tough sledding.

Our oline is now healthy and looked like a completely different unit against SC. Point is we are greatly improved on both sides of the ball since going to the swamp.

Tennessee is actually a conference loss we could afford to take and still control our own destiny to the SECC.
I don't see Bama as a playoff caliber team this year.

South Carolina Defensive Stats
- #110 YPP Allowed (6.17)
- #98 in Sacks Per Game (1.80)
- #129 in TFL Per Game (3.80)
Maybe because they got better. Maybe because South Carolina's defensive front is horrid.
Texas A&M Defensive Stats
- #20 YPP Allowed (4.73)
- #3 in Sacks Per Game (4.33)
- #2 in TFL Per Game (9.50)
Alabama Defensive Stats (already played Texas and Ole Miss)
- #17 YPP Allowed (4.51)
- #7 in Sacks Per Game (3.67)
- #22 in TFL Per Game (7.17)
No need to guess. You'll know either way in 15 days.

Sounds like pussy excuses for losing to Big game Billy.

Yes, start accepting your loss to us now. It's easier for you sister frickers this way gumps.
Don't worry, you will still have good old LSU to kick around now that they stopped playing defense.

It’s funny/ironic because earlier in this thread you judged Alabama based on their offensive performance in game 2.
