I'm betting they settle... what will the result be you think?

Much less than LSU paid Les Miles so they could hire Ed Orgeron

A buttfricking into critical condition.

In the beginning, sure. But y'all had to be stubborn, arrogant and stupid AF and you're gonna pay one helluva price for it now. Pride goeth before the fall, as they say.

1 - A serious apology for what they said about him. I am not sure UM has the strength of character to do this.
2 - All of Nutt's Attorney fees - what is it now 3 attorneys? Maybe $2,000,000 to the lawyer team.
3 - $5,000,000.00 (I wanted to say $15,000,000.00, but I believe Nutt to be a reasonable guy and they are guilty of knowingly and willfully violating the non-disclosure clause of the separation contract).
4 - The nondisclosure contract for this settlement will be lengthy and tightly laced.

He's already received the payment he was after. He'll only settle when he needs to pay his lawyers. Otherwise he will continue skull fricking ole miss with much enthusiasm.
Ole Mis and their amateur hour romper room 15 min in the sun. Those 2 Bama wins are going to be very, very costly.

He's already won and he's not out for money. Freeze is fired and ole miss fricked.

Exactly. He'll sue for 4 years lost wages at $3M per year, and settle out of court for $6M.

At this point I'm not sure they will settle. They will have to apologize, and Ole Miss's Communications VP has said they have nothing to apologize for. They may just hunker down. If they lose, they look bad. If they settle and still have to apologize, they look bad. Nutt may win on the merits, but still have issues proving damages.

Should be interesting. Particularly interesting is the school's plan to redact the phone numbers of current and former students. This of course involves FERPA issues, but doesn't cover calls to recruits who didn't enroll.

This phone is monitored by compliance if that's what you mean. More importantly, OM insists the severance did not have a disparagement clause at all. If that's the case Nutt won't see a dime. Looks like his lawyer is "ready" to offer terms.

Houston will net 2.5 mil out of this deal.

It will be charity to get rid of a headache. He doesn't have a case.

Oh really? Y'all are as shitty at compliance as you are at cheating, apparently. Bjork has clearly stated he found a long standing pattern of disturbing behavior by Freeze in his calls...if he had been monitoring the calls within the compliance guidelines all along like he was supposed to have been doing, why did he just now discover this issue? Or did he know all along and only now chose to address it bc he knew it was going to come to light anyway so he was trying to save his own arse?
