Don’t know with Napier. Was it vanilla play calling on purpose or was it just Napier being Napier?

Hopefully, zero. Didn’t want to show too much to San Jose

lol...passing attack.

Auburn will run the wheels off of Arnold. Bo Wallace was super accurate and a very good passer, but HF ran his legs off. Arnold's passing skills are nowhere near as good as Bo Wallace was...so he's run first all the way.

We showed our TE jet sweep (I did not make this up).

Anyone who watched an Auburn game over the last decade would have immediately recognized that as Gus’ HUNH lol.

We fired him and hired Harsin.

We had to show very little of our passing game, which could be a good thing. No reason to stop with the jet motion and reads when you’re getting 6ypc with no negative plays.

So the passing attack is still a great unknown, and we won’t have the luxury of outmanning people in SEC play like we did Baylor.

Yeah we showed very little. Will be interesting when we play SEC DLines and JA has to throw to two future NFL receivers.

While I agree, Baylor played two deep safeties the entire game. That was, in no way, indicative of our passing game.

A&M probably had to use more of theirs than they wanted to ... but I didn't get a chance to watch the game so I'm not sure.

Nope it was 42-17 with 30 seconds left. A&M worked on the passing game. Aggies best RB only had 3 carries.

Bubble screens that work at a 10% clip will be forced 8 times a game until morale improves.

We only showed the parts of the passing game we suck at.

It seemed to me that Arkansas worked on the passing game and route running mostly which is good since we have a new receiver group this year.

It went well.

I suspect that Bama and Texas had to open their books wide in their efforts to win in their openers ... nothing was held back.

My theory is that Grubb accidentally left his playbook in Tuscaloosa. Thus many plays were the same; drop back to pass, have the offensive line funnel FSU defenders into the pocket, then scream “Run Ty, run damnit.”
