A&M is going to be a SEC title contender for the next few years boys and girls, like it or not. Probably national championship contender as well, (I hope).

And it has started, thanks Bama, frick.

Scoreboard. At your house. When you were #1.

Ya'll really suck on defense compared to LSU. I'm not even trolling with that one.

LSU and Florida made adjustments against an inexperienced team - A&M made adjustments to account for Alabama's similar adjustments, with obvious positive results. If A&M played LSU or Florida today, they would have the same result Alabama experienced yesterday. No disrespect intended to any of the above teams - they are all very good, but the dynamics are changing.

No. LSU and Alabama are both better teams than Texas A&M. A&M benefits from having a unique offense in a conference dominated by defenses. With sufficient time to prepare (rather than 7 days after Bama's toughest game of the season against an offense that is the polar opposite of aTm's) Bama would beat A&M. LSU would beat them again.

You realize this works more in your favor than ours, right? Or are you actually that dumb?

at all the overconfident LSU fans. It's year one of a new system with a freshman QB. Good luck the next 3 years stopping our offense

Do you understand what a REDSHIRT freshman is?

LOL at LSU fans. Yeah, all you need to stop it is a defense full of four and five star elite level athletes, a freshman QB making his seventh career start, four turnovers and six drops to stop our offense.

This.
As for "the masses", the teams with the better coaches and/or players will either slow them down or stop them. Which is why in another thread I call him the next Quincy Carter.

As for the rest, well, they won't. And if they did, they don't have the athletes to do it.

It's also a year of game footage for all teams to look at.

After the 1st quarter, aTm scored 9 points on Bama's defense (the last 3 a gift from the officials). So, to answer your question, I'd say about 15 minutes.

I think JFF just gave us 3 turnovers to give us a chance.

bullshite. Bama doesn't have the defensive speed that LSU and Florida have
There is some merit to this. Bama has the bigger, slower linemen and linebackers, that make it tougher for someone to come right at them (though LSU was able to). But they lose contain a little more than LSU and Florida do.

I would think UGA also would handle them. About a quarter to adjust, maybe a half- like the Mizzou game. Then, as it progresses, expect to see a Jarvis Jones highlight reel.

Same with South Carolina, Clowney and that line would wreak havoc.

Outside of that, I don't know that the SEC could stop it. You have to recruit speed on defense.

A&M gained 250 yards and had four drives of 35+ yards in the second, third and fourth quarters. We missed one FG and stalled just at the edge of FG range on another drive.

Much like the LSU game, Bama fans claiming they "stopped" us from the second quarter on is simply inaccurate. A&M didn't buttfrick you like we did in the first, but Bama never really stopped us from moving the ball. We just played a perfect quarter in the first, hard to duplicate that.

It seems the Defensive players have to be on the field with them to figure it out. But the better Defenses do. To answer your question, it won't be the same for them next year.

Didn't you know the obscure rule forbidding Bama fans from posting anything positive today?

LSU didn't figure out shiite against A&M.

The Ags' kicker lost that game for them - 2 missed field goals and 1 extra point, and the mighty LSU defense had absolutely NOTHING to do with that.

The Ags had a touchdown called back as well by a penalty away from the play.

LSU stands for Lucky Some Ubitches. lol
