The entire state is just the Mississippi Delta.

My trip to Omaha this year that's the vibe I got outside of Omaha/Council Bluffs.

Then again. Nebraska wasn't any different than Iowa.

It's not. Why the straw man argument?

Because what people describe Mississippi as is what in reality states like Iowa and Nebraska are.

If you live in Mississippi then you know the word. "Let them think whatever they want, it will keep them away from moving here."

That is more to do with the Northeast people but it's talked about today. Mostly for poitical reasons.

The rest of the state of Iowa refers to Council Bluffs as Counciltucky so it’s not a real good representation of the rest of the state.

Iowa and Nebraska are ranked way higher in education, economy, etc...

They are white bread and vanilla AF but rank ahead of Mississippi in almost every way. I really don't want to do this because I am a MS native but this thread is dumb as shite.

Iowa and Nebraska people have the recessive red hair gene. Any baby born there has a 95% chance of having red hair. And if it ain't red, its gonna be strawberry blonde with a red underhue.

Next time you watch a football game in those states, notice when they pan around the crowd, nearly everyone has red hair. Its actually fun.

Iowa has better quality people and actually produces stuff that people need, like food. Mississippi on the other hand is having an existential crisis as KKK robes and hoods are not nearly as in demand as they once were.

A lot of ways apparently since US News & World Report ranked Iowa the Best State in 2018, while Mississippi comes in at #49, but at least that's progress from y'alls usual spot.

Maybe in Nebraska. Iowa is about 95% people of German or Nordic/ Scandinavian ancestry and they're mostly blonde hair and blue eyes

Wrong on Iowa. 95% of the babies born there don't have red hair... What an absurd take. Have you ever been to Iowa?

Its a ton of German/Scandinavian... Lots of brown and blond hair and some red hair.

This is true. MS at least has a vibrant food, music, and historical culture.

The Midwest is just bland as frick
