Did you watch the app state game? They pretty much took over the stadium. They clemson game may be really bad attendance wise

The last time we played at Willie B it looked like a Clemson home game as the fans were selling their tickets online...This could happen again. Things may have to get a little worse before it gets better down there in Columbia

I'm not watching the games on TV, much less actually spending my quality free time going to the games and sitting in the cold.

I watched the first quarter of the App game and decided I was done with the season after that.

His seat is probably pretty hot. Maybe not as hot as his wife, who is pretty hot. Sorry no pics.

I think he has actually done better then expected. His record at USCe is almost as good as it was at UF . If you actually thought his time at UF was a fluke then he has been a disappointed.

He will be back for another year . It all depends on how good the other teams in the east are next year. Muschamp is below average and always will be . He would have been fired this year if Tennessee and Florida didn’t have historically bad seasons 2 years ago .

He will be forced to make changes in his staff and if he refuses it may change his employment status.

Well, there’s a new perspective in this. I just posted this over on the SC board, but the interview from our new university president linked below seems to indicate his views on muschamp and on the programs direction. Our new president is a former army general and player at West Point so football is one he takes pride in. Read for yourselves.

It’s gonna be funny if Muschamp beats Clemson after beating Georgia and still finishing under .500

Muschamp will be fired in the next few weeks.

I believe it's already been announced he is coming back. That buy out is huge.

Nothing official from the University, my understanding is a decision hasn't been made either way (that is what I was told)

When Williams-Brice is half orange and Clemson beats us by 50 in a few weeks, he better be gone. If he's not gone, there are many of us, myself included, who won't be coming back. I refuse to continue to invest time, money and emotion into a program that has zero desire to succeed.

Yep I agree. It would be stupid to bring him back for 1 more year, everyone knows he is a dead man walking, and recruiting will suffer big time setting us back even more.

General Caslen doesn't put up with being mediocre, and you will see it in the following weeks.

Even if he does make staff changes who is going to come knowing it would be 1 and done. Jan 1 cut him loose.

Muschamp has been a HC for 8 years between UF and U of SC. He walked into a goldmine at UF and only had 1 good year 11-2, but then the wheels fell off (4-8 & 6-5). At U of SC his best season was 9-4, unranked, and his best win that season was @ 7-6 Mizzou or the bowl win vs 8-5 Michigan. He's gotten worse each year since.

If I am a U of SC fan then I am already done with him. But since the buyout is too high, my acceptable floor would be 8-4 next year and I cannot see that happening when he has to play Clemson, Georgia, Florida, A&M, & Lsu.

This sums it up for me

Also add that I didn’t like the hire when it happened and expected it to go this way

Amen, I have been sayin the same thing. What proven OC will come here with Champ being dead man walking. Throwing millions at a big name OC is futile.

Muschamp had his chance to hire a big time OC in 2018, but chose unproven McClendon because he was afraid of losing recruits.

Muschamp has had 4 years here, and he has shown that he didn't change at all from his time at Florida and he has to go.

I hope there’s nothing but orange in every seat, really really hoping.
