We Could return our entire offense besides Burrow, Lewis and Magee

We could tetunr our entire defense besides Delpit, Fulton and Lawrence.

We’re adding a top 2 class

And we will have a 4th year player at QB

And we just locked down Brady with a new contract.

Burrow will hurt the most but we are pretty fricking loaded to be a 7-5 team.

Lets look at the numbers on this question:

1) It is hard to replace a Heisman QB
2) Best WR based on statistics is Jamar Chase, who will return, along with Terrace Marshall, and Thad Moss.
3) We have rotated several OL this year, so while we lose 2 we still will have plenty of experience returning, not much drop off there.
4) Best 2 DBs is questionable, Fulton has been outstanding this year, Delpit has been a bit of a letdown for sure. Stingley returns along with everyone else.
5) Brady just got paid, and Aranda isn't leaving.

Add to that a number 1 recruiting class and a top 5 from last year...

Stop hoping...

We are here to stay

Will reload. Have very talented youngsters learning and waiting their turn.

That 7#5 / 8-4 you speak of? Don’t confuse the standard aggie record with the higher standards of LSU.

They're going to have either the #1 or #2 recruiting class at the end of the year. In fact, with all the advantages built into being the only major program in the state of Louisiana, winning fewer than 9-10 games in a season should be a fireable offense.

Quite the opposite, really. Our recruiting classes have gotten better and better and we just locked up Brady for a little while longer.

Since you’ve already given up on this season (and I don’t blame you with the beat downs coming up)...what about A&M next year?

We have won 9 or more games 16 of the last 20 years

This is also a down year in LA recruiting. We don’t have 1 five star.

We’re just hot right now.

We’re only losing Damian Lewis I think all our other o-linemen come back. Kardell Thomas will move to Lewis spot

LSU will win multiple National Championships in the next 25-30 years.

The world will cease to exist before Faggie even plays for one.

Brady signed a new contract yesterday. Currently on the bench (by 247 ranking
#1 OG Kardell Thomas
#1 RB John Emery
#6 RB Davis-Price
#6 Pro QB Brennan (RS JR in 2020)
Adding
#1 TE Gilbert
#1 WR Jarrett
#1 CB Ricks
#6 WR Burton
#7 WR Boutte
#4 OLB/DE Sampah
#4 DT Roy and our best DL hall in 10 years

Also in current talks and according to 247 insiders we are getting more likely to land 5 star #1 RB Evans, 5 star OLB/DE Webb and 5 star OT Dumervil.

I think we'll be OK.

Depends on who declares.

Even if Madubuike declares for the draft, A&M will return 19 of 22 starters, of which 10 will be seniors and 4 will be juniors.

I expect us to be pretty damn good next year. Brady and Aranda aren’t going anywhere. We return all our receivers except possibly JJ. We return Stingley. We had a top 3 recruiting class last year and will most likely have the #1 this year. EAD Faggie.

But to actually answer your question...

The staff has a ton of confidence in Brennan at QB

Jefferson is not our top WR IMO, but even if he was, we have Trey Palmer, Rakim Jarrett, Kayshon Boutte, Jermaine Burton, and Koy Moore coming in to replace him. We also have Marshall and Chase both returning, who are both easily top 10 receivers in the country.

OL is a legitimate concern, but I think we will be fine there.

Best 2 DBs

LSU has never struggled to reload DBs, and we have the top CB in the country coming in next year as well.

Aranda and Brady

Are going nowhere
