It's tough to beat fried chicken, if done right, but I'd like to hear other recipes from my SEC brethren.
I wanted to make a post that might be of interest to ALL SEC members, not just Mizzou fans like Landmass.

1. Take a big breast and put it inside a gallon ziplock freezer bag
2. Use a rolling pin to flatten it to about 5/16 - 3/8 thickness
3. Mix some eggs, milk, ranch dressing and in a bowl
4. Dip your flattened breast into mixture
5. Prepare a plate of bread crumbs and crunched up butter crackers and flour with some black pepper mixed in
6. Generously coat the breast covered in egg mixture with flour and crumb mix
7. Fry in deep skillet until perfectly golden brown
8. Cover in country gravy
9. Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans and Mac n cheese

My grandmother marinated the chicken in buttermilk then did a cornmeal and flour mix with a healthy heap of pepper and salt. Fried in crisco with a lump of leftover bacon grease. To this day I've never had anything like it
