I lived in ATX for over ten years. Yes there are gay bars, welcome to 2024, it's okay to be gay. But there's also literally hundreds of regular bars where your aggie arse would kicked for being a loud mouth fricking douchebag. I spent a lot of time there when I was at UT because I dated a chick who went there. It's nothing like a small town. It's all rich suburban dickheads from Houston and Dallas. It feels like a shitty suburb without McMansions. It's a complete shithole lacking any identity.

My grandmother marinated the chicken in buttermilk then did a cornmeal and flour mix with a healthy heap of pepper and salt. Fried in crisco with a lump of leftover bacon grease. To this day I've never had anything like it
