Im not sure why youre mad with me or saying USC is s third tier team. If youre upset schedule better teams dont make your fans pay for that bullshite then make the playoffs and let Clemson kick your arse, or Ohio st. Clemson shouldve won both games.

You cant get lucky and play ND or LSU for your title games, we have a 4 team playoff now

Thanks for the advice. Good luck against that juggernaut NC State.

Premier teams usually play neutral sites to start the season. Not the greatest for the fans but what can you do? It's sure as shite better than playing AT ECU and whatever sisters of the poor y'all played from Florida.

Is Texas A&M actually playing UCLA at the Rose Bowl Kickoff classic?

The Rose Bowl is UCLA's home stadium.

For reals? Tell me how good these teams were during the 10 yr stretch you speak of.

What a dumb thread.

If you actually did some research and didn't talk out of your arse, you would see that Ole Miss plays Cal AWAY this year, played Memphis AWAY in 2015, and played Texas AWAY in 2013. MS State played UMASS AWAY last year. Arkansas played TCU AWAY last year in the second game and played Texas Tech AWAY for the third game of the 2014 season. LSU played Wisconsin at Lambeau Field last year (may not qualify as a true road game, but that's all the way up north so it counts) and played Syracuse AWAY 2 years ago for the third game of the season.

Don't know what your gripe about kickoff games is about, but Alabama plays FSU this year, played USC last year, Wisconsin the year before that, West Virginia the year before that, Virginia Tech the year before that, and Michigan the year before that. That is as tough of an out of conference schedule that I've seen from any recent SEC team.

Also, USCe gets an unfair advantage in this category because y'all have a Power 5 in-state rival named Clemson that you play every year.

Didn't do much homework on the issue did you?

Three East teams are playing Neutral Site games while just two West teams are playing them. Six West teams are playing in H/H series. Not just the barn.

Yeah I don't count that as scheduling more as a permanent opponent.

SOS 2016

Saw the above link in another thread. The West owes no apologies for their schedules.

WEST

#22 Arkansas
#50 MSU

EAST

Imagine that, brake! The Cocks played the weakest schedule last year.

In 10 years to play a home and away you only get 5 tries obviously and you are limited on ooc games.

LSU has played Syracuse,West Virginia,Washington and Wisconsin at Green Bay is most certainly an away game.

4 out of 5 with tough games in Texas and Atlanta isn't good enough for you?

I like that Auburn schedules home/home series. I have never been a big fan of the neutral site games. Bowl games are for that. IMO, college football regular season games should be played in college football stadiums.

Supposedly Auburn and Notre Dame are working on a home/home. I would love to see that happen.

Otherwise, road games at UCLA, Clemson, Colorado, Miami, and Notre Dame are scheduled through 2025

By the time y'all get Miami, they'll be shite-hot. You're catching us at the top, and who knows how good ND will be year-to-year. That's getting in there and getting dirty.

But, you shouldn't get a ton of credit for ONE good OOC game a year.

I have to give props to USCe and Georgia. Not afraid to schedule another P5 team on top of the rivalry game, and while it's not every year, they're at least willing.

And while you made zero revenue on those ten games, Alabama played kickoff games that paid as much as $6.5 million apiece. The average was about $5 million. So in those ten years Alabama made +- $40 million on 8 games. (There was also a home/home with Penn State)

Each game makes as much profit as two home games. Math is your answer. And it's a simple one.

ETA - It's also why your AD is poor.

As for MSU, we played OK State in one of these season openers a couple of years ago and we are changing our scheduling down the road to make it better, but we are not changing things overnight.

Are you comparing the '11 LSU team with the '12 ND team?

Really? They were lucky to get the rematch with LSU, but we could have beat that ND team 70-0 lol
