Interested to see how Bama's defense performs. You guys have to keep us between the 20's to have a shot IMO. Bama has given up 17 scores on 20 trips to their redzone while state has scored 33 of 39 trips to the opponents redzone.

I think Bama keeps state to 13 to 24 points. I am more interested to see Bama O vs. Miss. State D. I don't think we can consistently run against you guys so it will come down to our pass game (which has really been hit and miss (much like your pass defense)).

Should be a good game.

T-grind will end in Tuscaloosa. I have the utmost respect of Saban's coaching abilities. His team will be ready

Only way that happens is if you keep the ball away from us. I think it's an either or situation. Either you run the ball and it's low scoring, or you pass a lot and state puts up points.

Agreed it should be a good game. I think most state fans are just excited to finally see our guys take the gloves off. Even in the Auburn game we got ahead early and were able to play pretty conservative, this should be the first game they really open things up. We will see how it goes, I really expect both teams to throw everything out there.

Or...

Option C:

Bama's DL dominates and pressures State and forces Dak into some bad throws early and Bama takes advantage of the mistakes. Dak is gonna really show what he is made of in this game for MSU to win, it will be a really tough road environment and a tough D not just player wise but scheme wise as well.

Should be a great game

It's a hard one to call. I agree with you about Dak having to step up, but that's a two sided coin. State gets after the QB more than anyone else in the league, both QB's are going to have their decision making tested. The difference is ours obviously makes a lot more reads and has more weight on his shoulders. I definitely agree that a large part of the game is in his hands, but I don't think anyone on the board would rather have it any other way.

I will say that, if Dak is successful, it will be largely due to Josh Robinson. Getting a ground threat rolling early, other than Dak, can really open things up and change the setting of the game.

Your mobile QB is my biggest concern. I'm not sure if you've noticed but Bama has had more than one struggle with mobile QBs, and Dak has has been pretty stout lately. It will definitely be fun to watch.

Depending on the results of Baylor-vs-KState and TCU-vs-Texas; even with a lose tGrind has hope.

If the committee doesn't completely change face, Bama and State will be 1 and 2 if we lose. They've already made it clear that our wins are better than anyone else's, and judging by Oregon, a loss doesn't take away from them much. No way you can say that Bama/State have a worse resume than Oregon when we would both have 3 top 25 wins and a loss to a top 5 team.

Agreed but I think State coaches can't expect Josh to get a ton of yards rushing like he has and they know this I'm sure. Bama's DL and OLBers are absolutely nasty against the run this year. Fournette was about the best I've seen all yr against Bama and it took him till the 3rd quarter till he got space and LSUs O had to run it a ton and had a lot more of a pro style running game they pounded the rock straight at Bama.

Just my opinion but Dak is gonna have to be magnificent for State to win the game and if MSU does they deserve every bit of their PO bid

Y'all are some sorry motherfrickers. Someone thinks Alabama will win? Well frick, stop the press! Document every Bama fan who thinks Alabama will win and let's make fun of em after Miss St gets the victory!!!

Y'all are pitiful and LSU fans too. Alabama just had an incredibly improbable win in Tiger Stadium, how many of us are shitting on the board about it?

This place is a blast but there are some sorry arse folks around here. You aren't helping.
