I want to say y'all will be moving to the new upper end zone but I can not find a definitive link online right now.

It appears to be sections 501/502, 523/524, and 101. So the South Upper Deck will be where most of the visiting fans not in the lower bowl will sit.
Seating Option Breakdown
The SEC mandates that 7,000 seats be reserved for visitors. Of that, 2,000 have to be in the lower bowl, mostly for the visiting band and families of players. It's then left up to the discretion of the home team as to how the rest of the visitor's seats are placed.
This will be the first year that Texas A&M will be able to fulfill the 7,000 seat requirement. And it looks like the quality of the visiting seats has gone up 1,000%.

Not really hard to do considering what the baseline was.

Well considering the baseline, the whole stadium has improved 1,000%. You guys can be justly proud of what you've accomplished. It's unheard of to basically rebuild a stadium of that size in modern times.
I look forward to watching the documentary!

Sections 100/148/149 are gone by the way and good riddance.

Not going to tear down the entire west upper deck. Only some of it.
The present press box and second deck of West side will be turned into suites
The top of the west side will be the press box with some of the seating being removed.

Personally, I think we need to demolish the west upper deck/mid deck and start over before we start adding to the new endzone. The next stages would be distant -- if not for the continued demand for skyboxes at MSU. That could easily speed up the process. Also expect to see a lot more loge seats soon. Have about 280 of those as of right now...

Almost looks like they moved the center line of the field over to the right, away from the new construction, did you fields boundary areas get smaller?
What side is the away bench side on?

I don't believe the center of the field moved (don't know how it could have?).
Don't forget--the opposite side of the stadium will be renovated next year.
The fans/seats are closer to the field.
Visitor's bench is on the east side (left side of photo)--same side as the students/12th Man.

They're going to tear down the right side (not sure what direction that is) next off season so I doubt they move the field to the right.. it just looks that way since they moved the seats in on the side they've already renovated.

quote:The field moved south 6 yards, but it did not move east/west. There will be less boundary area in the renovated areas (plenty of room to give there as Kyle Field original had a track around the field).

The visitors bench will stay on the east side where it has always been.

On the visitor's allotment, the lower bowl seats for the visitors will be sections 30 and 31, and probably section 100 (what's left of it--most of it was sawed off as part of the renovation). The rest of the seats will be where they've been previous, at the top of the north endzone.

They will also have to have visitor seats immediately behind the visitor bench. I understand you can't have student seats there? Maybe they can stick alumnus there?

Oh really?
