So is the ground level suite just to hang out prior to the game? Then you go to your seat at game time?

I guess. Seems stupid to me. That money being put into that project could be used for something more needed in Vaught Hemingway.

So are you guys not enclosing the open endzone?

Yes. This is just something released recently just so they can go ahead and start selling club seats. This model was already in place in the original plans for the NEZ, but this will be ready by 2015, so they needed to be selling the seats.

Because we can add 5.1 million in revenue without having to do much. Boone's original plan was to add 10K seats, 700 club seats, and 30 suites. That would cost 100 million with tearing down the building needed and rebuilding them elsewhere. That would net us 8.5 million. We are adding the same amount of premium seating without having to build any new structure. And doing so within a years time. I swear some of you have no concept of money.

I've never understood on the field suites. You wouldn't be able to see shite. Cowboys stadium for example:

I'm not sure why the hate for adding premium seating?

It allows us to generate $$$ and give fans a variety of unique seating options. I thought it was creative.

Premium seating is the way to go these days with attendance figures down.

No one said anything bad about premium seating. Don't understand field level premium seating.

And really don't understand why anyone would ever buy it.
