Damn I didn't realize how close y'all's new arena is to VHS. Is there a possibility it may interfere with future football upgrades/expansions? The arena looks pretty damn snug

They are also redoing the corps dorms and renovating the commons

But they are tearing down Cain Hall (far right of pic) and building a hotel & convention center with sky bridge to Kyle Field.

Yup.
That is the Memorial Student Center. It just went through a ~150 million dollar reno a few years back.
