Nothing yet. But his win/loss record and the upward trajectory he exhibited at all his previous stops is promising. Plus he did absolutely wax LSU’s arse in Tiger Stadium just a couple weeks ago.

Well, Kelly actually accomplished something in his first year by taking a crappy roster from a losing team that wasn't picked to do anything and making it to the SECCG.
Bama played in the national championship game last year. Deboer has had some nice wins, but has 3 losses with a QB who was 6th in the Heisman voting last year. Yes, destroying LSU is good, but Bama usually beats LSU regardless of the coach. They don't usually get beat by Vandy or get destroyed by 5-loss teams like OU with a college football playoff birth virtually guaranteed by winning out. I'd say there are big issues there already.

One thing BK and DeBoer have in common is they both are finesse coaches and that doesn’t bode well for the future at LSU and Bama. You can’t win in the SEC being soft.

I’m 59 fvkn years old. Most of this board is Gen Z and Millennial idiots who started paying attention to football in the 2000s. I’ve seen half a century of Bama championships as well as shitty times where we lost our way. If you think this season - where we’re probably going to go 9-3 - is going to knock me off the horse, you’re very young and stupid. We’ve had at least 4 “dynasties.” It’s what we do. Ready yourself.

Sorry, that is correct. They were one play away though. I felt like that was the championship game though. Saban did a great job to get that team in the playoff.

And a lot of valleys in between those "dynasties" me fears you are in one of those valleys. Just depends on how long the pride keeps you from getting a new coach....I hope its a while.
