No evidence has been made public that shows Will Wade broke NCAA rules to recruit any player. And the judge in that case has already ruled that tape is NOT admissible evidence for the defense.

I think the whole sport should be worried,
LSU and Wade is a small fish. Even if Wade goes down, does anyone even really notice save for a few days on the SEC rant?
I think the big boys in college basketball are the ones that should be worried/concerned about where this could go ... they’ve got much more to lose than LSU/Wade.
It’ll be interesting to see how it all plays out. I do find it interesting that Wade seems to be the center of attention on this board,., this story is so much bigger than Will Wade and LSU.

Has the NCAA ruled the tape inadmissible for them?
It's a trick question. The NCAA doesn't have to rule on the tape at all. They can do whatever they want
