As somebody who went to the South Carolina-UCF game in Orlando in 2013, the answer is hell no. UCF has one of the worst fanbases I've ever been around. Large, guido contingent and extremely confrontational.

If I ran things:
West team - A&M (I loathe them but they bring in the Houston/Dallas market so that alone is worth it)
East team - North Carolina (Another SEC state, okay in football, big time $$$ for basketball. No idea if they’d ever be interested but worth a shot)

I'm not a huge fan of Mizzou in the SEC, but they're here so why not make the most of it. UCF is definitely a no-go. We already have two school in the SEC without their state's names attached to them. UCF has "Florida" in their name, but let's face it - they're a directional school. If we were going to allow a directional school into the SEC, it should be Southern Miss, not UCF. Besides, it'd be fun as hell watching Ole Miss and State have to play those Golden Eagles every year! I can just hear the weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth that would be coming out of Starkville and Oxford!

Yeah I’m on board with this. A&M sucks but they are our A&M that sucks. They bring more than enough to the table without W/L even being considered. Plus while they are weird af, it just feels more SEC than Mizzou.
North Carolina would’ve been a perfect fit. I like NC State too
