They have a much better defense than our fanbase gives them credit for. I do like the matchup of the UT DL against their OL. Their first ever SEC game, in primetime, with Heupel returning. Place is going to be an absolute madhouse. Obviously I hope Tennessee wins comfortably, but it seems like a touchdown game either way.

Heupel’s offense struggles against a good defensive front. Everyone knows this a la Bama and GA
Because of this Nico will give you an INT.
Your offense has been pretty weak so having your D on the field for more than normal and the speed Tenn likes to go, you just have to get a few 3 and outs early.
I think Tenn wins by 4

This is where I’m at. That place is going to be so juiced up at kickoff and VOLS getting down in a hole early would scare the shite out of me. Obviously the big unknown here is how will Nico handle his first start in a hostile road environment.
However, if VOLS bring their A game and can run the ball on Oklahoma’s defense consistently, I will be feeling very good about our chances

Does it matter? Both conferences are group of schools and I was wrong Houston left the AAC 2 years ago. Sorry I don’t keep up with non Power conferences.

I honestly don't know what to expect. I'm sure that place will be rocking. Still hope there's no rain, for some reason I think that would be a disadvantage for us. Both teams haven't had much of a battle yet so neither of us know what to expect. Before season I kind of thought this game would be a loss, now I'm seeing a little more dog in our players this year, feels a little different. Either way it will be a hard fought game with hopefully no injuries

Comical how BlowU thinks that low scoring games versus UH and Tulame suddenly make them an ALL-TIME great SEC defense...lol
