We suck. Not what I was expecting. But, all I want to see the second half is consistent improvements.

I agree with Wolfie. Very good to elite defensive, offense is arse and can’t score 30 points against air. Can lose any game. 8-4 to 9-3

Go check the SEC annual pick of your team's regular season record. I believe I picked 10-2 for Missouri.
and i picked 6-6 for AU

with a little luck we might just make it

We are going 8-4.

If we won all our games the planet would stop, spin in reverse and time itself would be unwound, and this cycle would repeat itself over and over until we were 8-4.

Then time would proceed as normal. In no universe do we finish above 8-4.

Defense, WR/TE, RB’s, coaches all look CFP good

Will the team reduce the sloppy penalties?

Will the offensive line continue to gel in the right way?

Will QB Reed put it all together at the level needed to be a CFP team? IMO, Reed is the X factor. We will go as far as he takes us……..Overall talent level on the roster is good enough

LSU has a defense good enough to win in the playoffs but an offense that won’t let them get there.

What offense will show up?

This question implies that the offense has actually shown up occasionally.

They haven’t. Even SLU was able to beat the o line with simple twists and stunts.

very concerned about our run defense. If Simpson keeps playing well we can play with anyone

I was too until second half. That’s what bothers me Alabama is good enough to beat anyone in the country and yet somehow can lose to almost anyone else in the conference. Kalen DeBoer has recruited well, good x and o and has won big games against very good opponents but somehow I think all of his losses are to unranked teams, that’s the difference in him and Saban minus the last three years at Alabama is consistency in performance no matter who you play.

I think we would potentially be a lot better than I expected but injuries are starting to kill what began as a very promising season. We have lost crucial starters to injury in every single big game so far.

Thank gosh we have a bye this week because we are insanely beat up. The three weeks after the bye pretty much tell the tale of our season, barring an upset in the Egg Bowl or something like that. @Florida, Texas, @Arkansas. Don’t see us winning all three, but need to find a way to win one or two of them if there is to be any hope of getting to bowl eligibility.

Crushed BYE and moved up 5 positions in the poll.

You are conveniently forgetting that BS targeting penalty against BYE that put you in position to kick the game winner

We’re a good team that can beat anyone.

I’m a little worried that our backup QB lasted exactly one play this season and I’m concerned that our kicking game will cost us a win.

Beating OU will make the season for me, but if we just beat Bama and Arky that’s OK too.

Ty is superb.
Defensive line is weakness and linebackers.
Tackling- too many missed tackles.

Not sure their title ready but trending up.

Tossup games remaining: LSU, MIZZ, AUBURN, OU

I see bama winning at least 3/4 of these.

My preseason prediction was 10-2. Sticking with it.

We make playoff

Bama is a team with extreme potential that needs to fix some rough spots and get healthy. We are good enough to beat any team in the country, but also vulnerable
