UGA is very thin in the secondary. When their pass rush got a little gassed against Kentucky that QB had time to throw some good balls and their receivers got separation.
I know that is nitpicking bc they still look like the best team in the country. A passing attack like Bama is probably the only team in UGA’s way of going 15-0 honestly. I don’t see another team in the country that can compete with them this year.

Kentucky’s average yardage per completion was 6 yards. They dumped a lot of passes.
I didn’t notice the separation you’re referring to? I think their longest competition was 16 yards and that was a catch and run.

Unless Alabama’s OL and defense improve no one is beating Georgia. They returned a lot and it shows

Never heard it before yesterday so it looks like someone was stealing material from somebody else.

Georgia’s defense absolutely hammers people. When their DB’s and LB’s come up to tackle, people freaking stop.

The Tykee Smith injury really hurt the play making back there. Kendrick is getting some 1st rd grades and he's the 1st line of defense.
Actually UGA was missing a starting CB Speed and starter FS C. Smith vs Kroger. They had a walkon and freshmen in their place. They are buying time for one of the true fr corners to provide depth.

True but there was some separation on short and mid range passes. A team like Bama with elite playmakers could make it interesting. Still would go in UGA’s favor I believe but that’s pretty much UGA’s only weakness on defense.

I would like to think that Bama could take them in the SECCG, but we are weak along the OL and DL compared to UGA. I think Georgia wins the SEC this year, probably the natty too.

I don’t think Bama this year will challenge, they have way too many weaknesses. I’ think they may not make Atlanta. I think a team has to stretch the field and be able to go over the top to beat UGA. The sideline and short game on offense will get blown up, and bama offensive line is not good and we don’t have a deep ball threat.
Also, bama defense is pretty bad. This may be UGA’s year..but bama’s not stopping them.
