Case was dismissed, not sure where his employment contract with the SEC was at the time, if it was signed after the sexual contact with minor case then that's a horrible look. If prior to the case... then things get tricky.

Safe to say the guy is very likely shady as frick, losing his teaching license appears to have been the trade off on the dismissal.

I didn’t defend anyone.

I simply noted that these trailer dwelling slobs look for someone else to blame every time they get their shite pushed in.

"Bama fans only hate him [a child molester] because they lost" - You
I get that you are a troll, but this is not the most tactful thread to pull your shite in.

Sounds like he should still be in prison.

Jail, but if he's truly the loser as charged... prison is likely in his future.

So what you're saying is he took a deal that required him to quit teaching and then became an SEC umpire? Yeah that sounds far from innocent.

What I’m saying is he gave up his teaching license in exchange for having charges dropped.

He shouldn’t be calling any games that people could possibly have money on.

Was he convicted?

Doesn't appear to have been, but that little detail doesn't matter to the mob.

And now, back to sports.

Is that right?
Lipscomb pitching only allowed 3 hits yesterday?
Take this road series today!

The Mob? They were ready to take this to trial based on evidence and he agreed to turn in his license to make it all go away. I'm sure the school system was fine with him walking away and not going to trial. He took a deal that allowed him to go away without having to register as a sex offender as long as he never taught again.

Everyone in this thread crying "innocent until proven guilty," I get it. I also understand that taking a deal offered by a prosecutor doesn't exactly equal "not guilty of the crime." If he thought he wasn't guilty, he could've taken it to trial and allowed a jury to find him "not guilty." There's a reason he didn't fight it.

I was wondering why he was wrapping his arms around the catcher and sticking his hands inside the catcher's chest protector during the pitch....shoulda realized.
