had the whistle already been blown on the Lsu player though first? If so.. then he wasn't delay. Just asking and not defending anything one way or the other.

hey dumbass, what cost us the game, was the damn official not calling a delay of game on Penn...putting us in field goal range, to win....

No he was holding it while we were lining up and they blew the whistle as hitt reached for him

Whistle was blown. Play was over. 11 wouldn't get off of Toliver for 10 seconds. Hitt pulls him off. 15 yarder on LSU.

I thought the flag was out before that though. If it was.. then the clock was stopped and there wasn't delay. He pulled another guy before that, I thought.
