Because Aggie’s back is to the wall. They got loss that was supposed to be a win and the loss was not close. They really need it more.

LSU needs to control offensive temp and limit the opportunities the Aggie QB will have. No big plays. Make him work for every yard because that is when he makes mistakes.

We cares. They - the SEC Rant and others - said the same exact thing like 18 months ago. It was all over the rant. “LSU too poor to compete, blah blah blah”.

Then LSU goes NIL in Kelly’s last year with players. Then we dump Kelly, because we can and the Rant say “wth, what about the money”…then laughing about our AD and interim coach.

Then we flex, hire CLK, fire BB coach, hire another, and go full NIL on lots of sports. Some keyboard journalists have no idea how the finances or game works. Just high school bookkeeping background and AI writing a draft.

We don’t have to play 24x better. Just better. It was closer than most think.

On losses, one tends to overplay what went wrong and underplay what went right. Winning team/fan do the same but vice versa.

Just some continue improvement in the passing game to open up the running game and keep the defensive rushers honest. Secondary play just a bitter better.

It’s a long season and the college football gods are a fickle bunch.

LSU did lots of things correct and made excellent adjustments at half time. Still have lots to play for and, with some corrections, can achieve CFP.

Maybe 10-2 but I don’t see the offense, defense or coaching better than last year. No element of surprise either.

First three games played essentially at home. QB play was lights out yesterday. Played with an obvious chip/emotion on there shoulder and was not decided until late in the 4th. Road on out is much tougher and down a RB and two OL and more. Running game needs work.

Hats off to last night but it really gets more difficult for them.
