Recruits to Knoxville are taken to the Days Inn and someone brings in glass cups so that recruits’ families don’t have to drink from the plastic-wrapped plastic cups with the Days Inn logo.

Have you actually seen the facilities at a premier SEC program?

. All told, the school reportedly spent $280,000. But hey, Manning committed three days later, so maybe it was all worth it.

Might be the most overrated QB prospect, ever.

Could you spend that kind of Money on a dinner in Tuscaloosa or would the nice Waffle House run out of hash browns first?

Guess it wouldn't matter in Louisiana since you'll be robbed and murdered before you even get to the raisin canes.

Now that recruits can be bought above board and legal. Saban is watching his cheating advantage evaporate.

The “fees” were an auto 18% “tip” for a large party. The $6k gratuity is on top of that.

Unless the journalist misreported, that was roughly a $25k tab with $11k in “fees” & gratuity. If anything someone @ UT screwed up, didn’t pay attn & paid an unnecessary extra $5-6k.

The recruiting buzz generated and recruits that committed because of it make it well worth it.

Well maybe you shouldn’t eat your sister’s arse all the time.

I’m sure you stayed in the nicest Motel 6 in the surrounding area.

I didn't need to when your old lady kept putting it out there for me and "offering" me free lodging amongst other things.

LOL at a "Louisiana" man looking down his nose at Alabama. Should I remind you the history of your fine state and its people?
