Obvious you’ve never been to Tuscaloosa. My visit to Baton Rouge I lost my appetite due to the permeating smell of raws sewage.

I have stayed at that four seasons suite level and eaten at III forks, that’s nothing special. They can do way better than that.
May I suggest next time.
Picking them up via helicopter to allow them to see stadium and campus from the air, etc, then to a private reception at one of the cool rooftop bars like at the Otis or proper, catered by all the cool Austin places like Uchi, tiny pies, Terry Blacks, etc. Obviously, best local band available, and decorated with tons of paintings etc of Arch as a longhorn player etc. Beverage provided by local microbrewery. Tons of local talent, obviously, be good if Mathew, Etc stopped by. After the event the family is flown to one of those 50 million dollar mansions on lake Travis for the night, with a morning tour of the lake then flight by to stadium to land on the 50 yard line at the stadium to meet with coaches etc.
Then in the afternoon, some kind of lunch event in domain area, maybe with Musk drop by etc, with top tech and academic guys showing off what a smart school Texas is etc. Beverages provided by Tito’s etc
That evening, fly them to private get together at either Mathew’s house or some oil billionaires ranch house, for NIL get together as well.
I am sure my daughter can set this all up for u for 500,000 k or so. Chump change for you guys

Dreamlands is great for pulled pork, but for ribs you can't beat Archibald's.
