He was one of the three guys I originally wanted but not sure he would've won last night either if Florida couldn't catch a punt.

Billy's game changer coach would've never had someone on the field that couldn't catch a punt

That’s what a good coach does. They make sure they put someone back there that can actually catch a punt.

So every mistake on the field is a result of bad coaching?

Of course not, don’t listen to him. Y’all picked the right coach and smartly locked him up for 10 years.

It’s gonna be really fun watching you idiots defend BK every week

Not going to lie, I wanted him to be coach. Then again, I’ve not been happy with any LSU coaching hire of this century (to my embarrassment, even including Saban at first), and they all won national titles. So, what the heck do I know. LSU as a program seems to find a way no matter who is in charge. Considering that, I think Kelly will be good enough.

It's easy to make fun of LSU. They looked similar to Florida when we played Miami in week zero a few years ago, but they got better as the game went along and they are not going to be the pushover they looked like in the first half.

That was really the type of game LSU needed, to see all the things they had to work on, but they just needed to win it in the end.

It's not a season killer. FSU looks improved. I like that QB of theirs.

I won't be defending BK if a year goes by and we're still losing games like this.

It was the first game with an entirely new staff and a ton of new players, I will be interested to see how you justify Ole Miss losing to LSU should that happen.

You guys certainly struggled with Troy quite a bit.

I'm okay with our coach for now. There is too much of a sample of him as a winner to just throw it out after 1 game. Much more experience winning at a high level than Napier, that's just reality.

I think they're gonna end up regretting not taking the chance on Napier, when they had him right in their backyard.

The fans pushing for Napier on tRant were constantly laughed at and shouted down by their fellow LSU fans that couldn't get over the fact that he coached at an in-state program. I think they'll regret it in secret

Yes, struggling with Troy is never a good indicator for your season.
