It could go either way. To me, Miami and Alabama are the same team essentially.

No. It should be the 4 conf champions regardless of record.

I can dig the sentiment but that will never happen. They tried it for a season and shitcanned it. Rightfully so but that’s just my opinion.

Thank you my friend.

I’m just cheering them on. Would be nice if we would go up and get Cignetti but it appears we are stuck with DeBoer.

I meant nothing by it but apologies for being a dick.

Don’t think there won’t be melts if Bama gets left out. And those will be glorious too.

They had good reason to be upset. Having to play a conference title game in a rematch with a team you already beat during the regular season kind of devalues the first win.

These conference championship games, which are basically money makers, made more sense in the BCS and 4 team playoff era.

They don't fit the current 12 team playoff at all...square peg, round hole

Some brave conference needs to step forward and eliminate them. Just crown a regular season champion.

Work on developing play-in games instead. Instead of 1 conference championship game, they could have played 2 play-in games:
Ole Miss vs. Texas
Oklahoma vs. Vandy

Probably so but you have to play the hand you get dealt. It’s one thing to get mad afterwards which I did but you have to get over it and move on. It’s not like the teams that Bama best in the seccg didn’t ever get the short end of the stick too like Georgia and Florida.

I never do that but if someone did, why does it bother you so much? That’s a rhetorical question.

I would tell you if it was just you and I talking but can’t say publicly. This board has too many psychos.

I can’t wait to see it. I look forward to it every year.

As an aside, I feel like our fanbase can melt with the best of them too

I think they are more worried about Bama and ND getting in than the ACC not getting a team in. They will just tweak the rule to assure the ACC Champ gets in next season.

I could totally see that happening.
