He doesn't leave anyone out actually. Those 6 in any order that includes Clemson/Bama in with the other 4 in there is the only right answer right now.
We know a bit more about LSU than the others right now, but he may already be projecting an LSU loss to Bama (rightly or wrongly).

Where? I haven't seen a dawg fan post about it anywhere or get terribly upset. It's week 3... LSU has a better resume thus far by virtue of playing a team that's still ranked around the top 10. We've played Vandy + 2 cupcakes. Not a hard decision.

If I’m a random coach picking teams I don’t want to play in 2019 it would be Clemson, Bama, UGA and LSU.
If I’m predicting the playoffs it’s a different list because the SEC isn't getting three teams.
