The SEC has a First Amendment right of free association so strong that it can expel LSU for following court orders.
But an LSU fan in Mississippi fan can’t wear purple and gold in a state-owned stadium.
Last I checked, free speech applied everywhere.

That does not make it constitutional.

They don’t want LSU fans near the OM students. It’s just smart. I guess you could always go to VHS tomorrow dressed in LSU gear, get thrown out and sue.

You remind me of a DA I knew once.
It was a drug case with guy wrongful search, clear constitutional violation.

They’ll find me.
And you are ignoring the hypocrisy.
It’s perhaps “smart” to have cops raid houses without probable cause or warrants. You might reduce crime. But the US Constitution prevents it.

By this logic you should have the right to go out on the field so you can say anything you want.
Freedom of speech does not override all other rules and laws.

Field is a non-public area. You can restrict there. Case on it.

I guess Oxford does have a long history of ignoring constitutional rights. Seems like a read about that in Vanity Fair.
