Could this private organization prohibit LSU fans from cheering?

Well considering it’s Ole Miss, there will probably be rampant tonsillitis anyway. Maybe they won’t be able to cheer but will be allowed to come back next year.

Man there have been so many. Quick PACER shows most recently 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis, but you will find maybe a hundred.

Give me your thought on National Rifle Association of America v. Vullo.

Short version is, of course, that any private organization can restrict access as long as it's not directed at a protected group. And yellow and purple-clad people are not a protected group.

That's pretty much it.

I wish you the best with your case, though.

You do legal research on Pacer?

And that case says the government can’t compel speech.

Bad.

Seems potentially relevant if there was coercion, in which case we would expect a filing from the ole miss athletic foundation.

But something tells me we won't see this.

The intertwining of the Ole Miss Athletic Association and Ole Miss is a laughable hurdle.

I like this even more.

Private organizations cannot restrict 1A on public land.

Otherwise, that would be a legal loophole and no one would have 1A protection in this 250th year of our nation.

That isn't the legal case in this situation, though.

Ole Miss Athletic Association runs the gameday events. It's a 5013c corporation.

Every SEC operates like this, although some are LLCs.

I seriously doubt he is really a judge.

Judge Holden is the main villain in a book that was based partly on a historical outlaw.

This guy seems pretty dumb to be a judge.

I’ll serve your chancellor in the suites on Gameday. That’s how y’all do it, right?

I’m really stunned you Ole Miss guys couldn’t do better than this.

Although your history with constitutional protections is a bit iffy.

Never said I was. But I’m just as determined as old Cormac’s character.

Now could you either address the issue or sit down.

Do you think I'm a fan of Ole Miss?

Are you mentally retarded?
