I have questioned Arkansas' heart in bowl games. They proved me wrong last night. I apologize and say thank you and congratulations.

I'm worried we came fully prepared to shite the bed in another bowl game but Kansas state was inept enough that it didn't matter. Our offense played like poopy.

Unacceptable response.
For the record I wasn't worried. KSU ran an Auburn or Oregon type offense without Cam or speed. I did expect to score more, but Wilson was off on a couple of deep ones.

Congrats on a great season. Y'all had me a little nervous there for a bit...but pulled out further ahead.

I had the Hogs as my 3rd most confident pick in my bowl pikem.

I thought AR was just a lot bigger and more physical. Could have been uglier if AR hadn't misfired some.

Collin Klein shows you the difference between SEC and Big 12 defenses. We have an average SEC D and we shut him down yet he ran all over the big 12 this year.

Truth.

I was watching with some ACC and Big 10 guys and they all said "You're D Line is really dominating". My response: "LSU's backups could probably start over 3 of our D linemen."

Arkansas did a good job of controlled pass rush. Your ends were beating KSU's tackles, and your tackles did not allow Klein many opportunities to run. I thought it was an excellent job of preparation by the defensive staff. And that is something I wasn't used to seeing from Arkansas recently.

The new DC has been here for around a month or so.

He was having to use the LB coach as a "translator" to have his play calls put into the terminology our defense uses during the game.

I still can't believe they won a bowl game.
It's so infrequent (4X in quarter century) that I'm kind of befuddled/perplexed/discombobulated, but once the bile in my stomach returned to normal levels, I find myself mildly happy for Greasy, Greasy Flagship and their used car lot of a college football program.

Fun Fact: Petrino has won as many bowl games in 4 years as Nutt did in a decade.
