From reading the various responses in this thread I can only assume that there is absolutely nothing to do in Alabama other than take side and hurl shite at each other.

'07 LSU was a fricking joke. At least this team won it all on the field and didn't have to rely on a ridiculous amount of teams to lose, just to back into the game. And to think Less just got another 7 years out of that lucky horseshoe.

FWIW, I feel bad for Auburn fans in all of this. They should be able to enjoy their championship and respect from other teams. After Auburn beat LSU, I was so impressed with the team that I would have been happy to see them go all the way. There were actually a whole bunch of threads on the SECr giving Auburn respect. I started one of them.
This is more about national perception, especially the media. I agree that LSU was disrespected in 2003 because of the love affair with USC. Then, in 2007, everyone made a big deal out of our 2 losses, even though no one could make a suggestion of a team that belonged in the game any more than us. It stunk then and I'm sure it stinks for Auburn fans now.
I personally believe that Cam got paid. Of course, that doesn't mean anything. He could have gotten paid and no one at Auburn save Bobby Lowder or someone like that even knows about it. So, it is hard to blame all Auburn fans.
Alabama fans need to give it a rest once in a while with all the hate.
