The craziest part about that play is Kentucky ran it right up the middle anyway and was successful.

It's an all out blitz but from a very odd formation. So... kind of a delayed all out blitz? The draw play was designed to make teams pay a heavy price for going with the blitz. Great play call. Perfect time for a draw.
Or to be run on 3rd and 13 if you are Arkansas. I hate our play calling.

Yeah I guess it was some weird attempt to disguise a blitz, but at the same time you're kind of calling attention to it being a blitz and indicating where it's coming from.
Kentucky line did a great job picking it up.
