Yeah the logo and mascot that no one else has isn't obvious enough.
Glad we went back to these, especially like the running Hog on the shoulders. Too bad OU stole the look from us back in the day.

Oklahoma went to that style of uniform when Jim Mackenzie left Frank Broyles' staff to take the Oklahoma head coaching job in the mid-'60's. So in many ways, they copied us. But yes, they were first (before us) to have the name of their school on the front of their jerseys.

Ole Miss has had some really nice looking uniforms over the years. They have always been one of my favorites. But as a young child, I think I may have been somewhat brainwashed due to all the Ole Miss fans in my family.

This is the uniform look that both Oklahoma and Alabama copied. Araknsas and Frank Broyles invented it.

I remember Oklahoma copying us but I was thinking Arkansas and Alabama chose that style around the same period of time. I do remember Arkansas having numbers (instead of the hog) on the side of their helmets and a double stripe on their pants during the mid to late 50's and early 60's. Not sure exactly when Alabama started doing this but I'm thinking you are right.

I agree...I hope we wear our traditional grays some still with the adjacent red/navy stripe...Maybe we can add same stripes to white.
Word on the street Kiffin likes the white ones over the grays, so we may not see grays this year. Hopefully at least we see them vs. LSU.

These two teams in those pics are as good as it gets LSU OM for me. I do love the Hog on the Razorback helmet also. The Auburn stormtrooper whites are very good as well.
