Has Alabama fallen victim to ‘Woke’ big corporation culture?

It seems like today once an organization reaches a certain size they become more concerned with checking off a box than finding someone who’s more qualified for the job. I’ve noticed that Bama’s side lines are filled with Dwarfs, Women & Asian people.. not that there is anything wrong with this but it’s hard to believe that statistically these folks are the very best in their fields. I’ve never thought that Saban would be the one to be more concerned with optics but something tells me this may be out of his control. Once you become as big a brand as Bama and The Mouse (Disney/ESPN) get their claws in you end up with an unqualified woke mess. Diversity is rarely our strength.
DISCLAIMER- I don’t think there is anything wrong with this and if they are the very best then good for them. I just find it odd.

The little dude should be fine as long as it’s the early seasons where he is still a well-written and lucid character and not idiotic comic relief like in the last two or three seasons.
