Bama should be worried. This reeks of LOIC. First Fluker. Now HCD. If bamas compliance were really on their game these wouldnt have happened. Miamis case has 0 to do with Bama. Bama keeps giving the NCAA the bird. They are the sports worst cheaters. Bama will lose schollies, titles, games and Saban. To Texas or show cause.

Forfeiture of wins only happens when an ineligible player or players is played "knowingly". This happened in the Langham case and is a big no no. UA compliance clearly knew well before the 1993 season that there was an agent issue with Langham and didn't follow proper protocol. This is a much different situation even though a staffer is involved.

The coach shouldnt be fired or HCD ineligible. Its crazy to think the NCAA makes billions and Emmert too yet 500 bucks ruins two careers.

there's equal stupidity on both sides. lsu fans thinking alabama is getting hammered by the ncaa and saban bolting for texas is no different than alabama fans acting like this is a non-issue and he was probably just waiting on loan money to make a car payment.
and fwiw, i'm more worried about LSU being able to stop a junior high offense fro scoring than i am LSU being able to score on alabama's defense

Personally I could give a shite bammer gets busted. Nothing is going to stop them from doing what they have been doing since a football was shaped like a football.

I have no problem with borrowing the money and think it's stupid that this could be an issue.
I do have a problem with him having a 2012 Dodge Charger AND THEN needing to borrow 500 dollars. How the frick does he have a car like that then need to borrow 500 bucks? How does he make the interest payments? Did he somehow pay cash for the car, but now needs 500 extra for stolen goods? Obviously you can read between the lines, but give me a fricking break.

More seriously though, it wouldn't surprise me if the backpack and sandals - shoes too probably - were all free-issue equipment to him from the FB program. The players all get free swag as part of the school's contract with whoever, in this case Nike. Sweat suits, tees, shorts, sandals and sneakers. The embroideries were most likely because the entire team gets the same stuff, and the numbers help keep them with who they belong to...
