I'd imagine the UGA player would have the grounds to sue more than the other kid.
That MAGA hat kid in DC that got slandered by legit news outlets got dismissed. Seriously doubt this kid would be given the time of day because someone random Twitter account called him mentally disabled (as a way to cause greater reputation harm to Pickens).

I think they messed up the details in translation. Pickens is in fact the one who is mentally handicapped.
