Assuming coordinator hires are on par with Kelly for HC, ima say
Les for OC and Pelini back for DC?
That’s absurd! There’s no ground rule single. It’s more like a fielders choice with 3 base error

Yep! I was a devout Catholic for 47 years until last year. I know for a FACT that my Priest and the Bishop both lied to my family and that is unacceptable! Throw in the past transgressions, scandals, and the Communist Pope and I'm basically on a personal crusade against the Catholic Church!

I am no fan of the Catholic Church either. So on that we can agree

Still Fake news. Seriously, You got that off CNN and the fact it came out of a MISTAKE made 1269 years ago by a monk in the Catholic Church, the protector of pedophiles and Liars makes it even less true!

Yep, that’s the first site that popped up when I did a quick search. The info is elsewhere if you have any curiosity in knowing the truth. And regardless if the origin was a mistake or not, that is still the dating system we all use. And as such the results are what they are. The 202nd decade (AD) will start a year from today. Just relaying information. Sorry if that is upsetting to you

Based upon the dating system that we use to track years, I’m not wrong. But feel free to consider a decade any way you wish. Happy New “Decade”!

As I said, maybe 5% of people know this.

It is NOT "True"! It is barely even debatable!

You are correct in that it "doesn't make sense". In fact, it is illogical to start a decade on 1 rather than zero. Number lines start with zero why shouldn't timelines and or decades.

I agree it is illogical but...
“ In 525, a monk known as Dionysius Exiguus set out to determine the date of Easter and created a system of labeling years based on the date he thought Jesus Christ was born (a date that's considered historically inaccurate today). But he didn't account for the years before the birth of Jesus.
That was done in 731 by a monk known as the Venerable Bede. Bede counted the years before Christ and established the BC era, but he didn't include a year zero in his calculations. Which means that the year before 1 AD was 1 BC.
Because there's no year 0 in the calendar, the first year was complete at the end of year 1, not at its beginning. By that same logic, the first decade in the calendar was complete at the end of 10 CE, or 10 AD.
Which means, according to the Farmers' Almanac, that the end of this decade is December 31, 2020, not December 31, 2019”

While true, I’d guess maybe 5% of people actually know this. And it really doesn’t make sense.

re: McElroy’s take on SEC bowl games

Why are you even still around? UCF sucks. Y’all got a big head for beating an uninspired Auburn team that thought they could sleep walk through that game and didn’t want to be there. And then made yourselves National Champs. Lol. That was the height of your programs history and will continue to decline from there. You lost to an LSU team that had back up receivers playing defense. You’ve been tried, measured, and been found to suck. UCFACTS
I’ve heard this as well. My source also said that Saban has agreed to terms to join Lane and Joe as the DC. Quite a staff they’re putting together in Oxford. They’ll be the team to beat for sure

re: It’s a transition year for A&M

I was raised with A&M as my 2nd favorite team. My mom went to LSU and my dad went to A&M. I grew up in BR so LSU was always my school / team. But I also pulled for the aggies. We had season tickets to LSU (football, basketball & baseball) My dad actually became a big LSU fan as well. We would attend those opening season games between tigers and aggies and I’d have an LSU shirt and an A&M hat my dad buy at the game or something. So until they came to SEC I pulled for them in every game except LSU. Since then, reading Aggie fans on this site has pretty much turned me against them completely. Sure I may pull for them in an out of conference game. But in general, I find myself enjoying watching them lose. And thats all thanks to the Aggie fans on this board. They are the worst. My father passed in 2010 so he never got to see SEC Aggies. But you secrant Aggie posters suck and are costing you fans.

Reminds me of grown men knocking kids out of the way to get a foul ball. Same shite, lol.

As a 12 or 13 yr old kid I was with my parents at an LSU baseball regional (mid 90’s). LSU game ended and next game had started. We were outside the stadium and I hear a foul ball bounce off the grandstand roof and it hits on street about 20ft or so from me. I take off running after the ball with my glove on my hand. About 10 ft on the other side of the ball was an over weight 60+ yr old man who also starts to run after it. As we both close in, me being young and agile, I slide on the street and cover the ball with my glove. Now the old man can’t stop his momentum and tripped over my feet as I slid. He almost face plants but catches himself. Then calls me an F’n bastard, as I get up and walk back to my parents with my ball. My mom, embarrassed, thinking I tripped the old man, tells me to “apologize and give him the ball”. I’m shocked and look at my dad to see what he says. He tells my mom, “if he goes and gives him that ball, then I’m going to have to go take it back, and then you’ll really be embarrassed, so I think we should just go eat”. I’ll never forget it.
As a kid, I had an older brother and sister who played soccer. We traveled all over the southeast for tournaments. My sister got a scholarship and played 4 years in college. I wasted a huge amount of my life watching them play. While it is probably a fun game to play, it is in my opinion dreadfully boring to watch. If I ever watch another soccer game, it’ll be too soon.
Rhymes did hit .431 in 2012.
I do remember what your talking about as well though. Is it possible he was flirting with .500 and dropped to .431 by season end? I was thinking you were right, but his BA from that season is all over the web (not to mention LSU’s own site.

Edit: you just mentioned the same

Lville and FSU played Clemson late into the 4th. I don't know anybody who watches football thinks Lamar Jackson was an easy out. easily one of the best QBs in college football history

I know! I remember the citrus bowl in 2016 well. Lamar and Louisville were just about unstoppable. He had double digit completions (10), over 150 yards!! (153), ran all over LSU to the tune of 1.3ypc and 33yards and almost even scored a touchdown!
I also saw how tough they played Alabama last year. I’m just thankful we don’t have to deal with them year in year out.

They counted Mack Brown... was he an active coach in 2018?

If it's POINTED AT YOU?? you are fricking stupid, dude. It had a 4mm hole and an orange tip LMMFAO.

This is ridiculous. About 15 years ago, I walked in a circle K and bought a pack of cigarettes. A guy walked out behind me and asked for a smoke, which I gave him, then walked to my truck. He then walked up to my truck signaling that he needed a lighter. As I turned and got lighter from console he pointed a gun towards my chest and said “give me your money”. I only had $5 which I gave him. He got pissed that’s all I had and demanded my watch (which was a knockoff Movado). I assume the watch was what he saw in the store and assumed I had money. He then got in a Jeep and left. I got the plates and called cops immediately. The vehicle was stolen and they were caught 15 minutes later down the road. Turns out it was a BB gun. There was definitely no orange tip and I had absolutely no reason to believe it was not a real gun. Had I been armed and been in position to, I definitely would’ve defended myself.
And your assumption that he was in a drug deal is absolutely unfounded and unnecessary. Plenty of people meet other people to buy and sell legal items all the time.
