a "parody" facebook and twitter account found an old snapchat video of George Pickens and a high school teammate getting in a fight in the locker room at Hoover high school. They put a caption on it saying that it was exclusive video of Pickens assaulting a mentally handicapped teen. Opposing fans ran with it despite very clear question marks as to its validity.
It turns out it was two friends horsing around, no one was hurt, and the teammate is good friends with Pickens and is very far from handicapped.

A fake video of a UGA player supposedly beating up an alleged mentally challenged guy. It was fake news. The so called victim is an athlete himself and is upset and apparently considering a lawsuit. Said he is not mentally disabled and was not abused. Looks like he and Pickens were teammates on the same high school team and were joking around. Leave it to someone whose allegiances are to a lesser program to try to make a big deal out of nothing. Might get sued for their effort

As I stated almost immediately about the OP.Lots of shite they can be sued for especially if one or both were under 18. Doesn't matter if they claim if it's a "parody site" other folks took it and ran with it.see AtlGator.

I hope that the 2 players hire a lawyer and sue their socks off. They can pretend to have no bad intentions but it’s pretty obvious they wanted to ruin Pickens college career. And they didn’t care who they hurt. Maybe years in court, astronomical lawyers fees and a huge verdict against them will make them think before they try something like this again.
