I think jay is saying he likes high scoring games. Real baseball don’t interest him. Last nights game was how real baseball should be played. Except for two errors , one by each team it was a clean game.

Are you stupid??? 3 pitchers and one was pulled after like 6 pitches due to re injuring his hamstring. LSU has plenty of pitching left. Floyd will pitch another dime like he did against Arkansas

I dont have as much confidence in Floyd or Hurd but if we get into Vols bullpen early it could get ugly.

LSU is fixing to run Tennessee's arse out of B.R.

We very well could win and I think we have the starting pitching edge tonight. But we burned our best bullpen arm last night. I don’t think LSU did. Will probably be another tough game. We better clean the fricking errors up

Why not move Skenes to Saturday?

Skip always threw his best on Friday night, he wanted to have two chances to win the series after friday night win. Jay Johnson is doing the same. Put your best foot forward on the first game I say.

LSU burned all their good pitching, maybe I’ll be wrong.

What an absurdly stupid take. Even Edwards could come back tonight if needed. So the only pitcher we "burned" would be Skenes. If you think he is the only "good" pitcher we have, pay a little more attention. While he's undoubtedly the best, there are a number of other "good pitchers" including the two guys we will start Friday and Saturday.

That’s just false. I know a lot of neutral fans that enjoyed a good pitchers duel last night. Dollander didn’t quite last as long but the quality of pitching was still very fun to watch on both sides. Very casual fans enjoy football scores in baseball. True baseball fans can enjoy a Friday night (in this case, a Thursday night) pitchers duel

You think Skenes isn’t our best pitcher?

When he says bullpen arm, I believe he’s referring to relief pitching.
