Luckily it’s a Big 12 matchup. I can’t imagine any real college teams playing on a Friday during high school football season.

Just so you know, up here in the KC area the Border War game probably has more hate and vitriol between the teams than LSU/Bama and Texas/aTm combined.

These guys are just being dicks or they are really that myopic and stupid to not understand a traditional and intense college football rivalry. They may be adolescents that are not familiar with the game, so I shouldn’t be so harsh.
I will say why the chicken hawks moved it to Friday escapes me.

When we moved up here I was truly surprised at the animosity between the two teams - and states, to be honest.
I thought the LSU/Bama hate was top shelf, but it's a sloppy drunken bumfight compared to the KU/Mizzou animosity.

It's too dirty, nasty and bloody for the ante bellum SEC. One must allow them their more genteel pursuits.
