so much wrong with that statement I dont even know where to begin... and I'm sure explaining it to a simpleton like you wont be worth my effort. just go on praying UT stays down. but trust me when I tell you, Schiano will end up a pimple on UT's arse in the grand scheme of things. conversely, if he stirs up the wrong shite thats so far been successfully covered up he will end up vacationing with Ray Gricar. there is PLENTY left to discover about the Sandusky coverup.

It already is. That's the whole point.

I mean it's not like UT had anything to do with it making the news. It was released long before UT ever came into the picture. And UT still hasn't been the one spreading this news. As someone else has stated, UT isn't liable for threads on volnation and twitter.

In a civil case against Penn State. Denied by the other person mentioned

This is UT's Mike Price moment. Both sides needs to shake hands and walk away.

And, in most States (probably all) contracts for a term of more than 1 year must be in writing to be enforceable.

sure, if there was part performance of the contract (there isn't here). Look up the Statute of Frauds if you think a verbal contract for longer than a year is enforceable. I'll hang up and listen

ETA: oh wait, it's on the link you posted. Maybe you should read the whole link next time you google.

Hey guys, I'm an engineer, but I do my own taxes and I live in Tennessee. After looking closely at the situation by reading this topic, I can confirm that UT has some issues to deal with.

Best thing for Schiano to do is to be very quiet and very still.

Now UT will have to pay millions to a guy who may have been complicit in child sex scandal.....for nothing.

And they still won't have a coach

Smooth move there guys

Well, too bad, because he's not getting a dime, and there's really not much he'll do about it.

And he made it on desperate fools. Such a shame what has happened to UT. They should beg Les Mikes to take that job.

Rabid vols have smeared the guy but he should just walk away and proclaim his innocence. Suing a school won’t help him ever land another job

This virtue signaling mob mentality is both scary and hilarious.

The allegations in this case are hearsay. They are made by someone other never worked with Schiano and testified he was told by another person that Schiano told that person. An allegation both Bradley and Schiano deny.

How? The ex Penn State QB is the party that made the allegations. I haven't seen anyone from Tennessee make a statement that Schiano turned a blind eye to Sandusky diddling little boys.

The funny thing is McQueary never Said Schiano covered anything up.

If you read some of the articles posted earlier, he said he heard second hand that Schiano May have saw something and may have reported it.

It’s all second hand and there has never even been the slightest suggestion (before today) that Schiano did anything wrong.

It really looks like Tennessee and their fans just ruined an innocent guy just because he’s not Jon Gruden.
