Only if you believe wearing a mask is all we have to do to contain/stop the virus. Let me give you a for instance. Someone who is Covid+ but asymptomatic walks into a grocery store wearing a mask. However, they didn't wash their hands before leaving the house. They go down the bread aisle and check loafs for expiration dates until they find the loaf they want. You come up behind this person 10-15 minutes later, wearing a mask, and touch some of the packages they touched just minutes before. Sometime later, you're climbing into the car, you take your mask off, and you absentmindedly rub your eyes with your hands before turning the key to the ignition. You then head home and greet your family with hugs and kisses.

Not reading any of that but yes wearing a mask is the least that can be asked of your average citizen but unfortunately most in this country are very fricking stupid and have absolutely horrid sanitary habits.

Half this country doesn’t even wash their hands after pinching one off

Yes I was the one witness it! We will not have football because there will be different people that will get infected and it just not a good time right now to be playing contact sports.

And yet the NFL absolutely plans to play this autumn. The NHL is also a go. If college football doesn't go it's because the commissioners and school presidents are pussies. Nothing more.

Perhaps. My only question is, what do you plan to do when the pandemic ends on November 4?

He has to play both sides of the fence here.

Sure we want to play the season / Sure we want to protect the health of our instutions and all the fans.

Tennessee had the highest number increase reported today since this started. The numbers have spiked here in the past 4 weeks. Not a good look as far as data the SEC would look at....Add that to Florida...Texas...SC and LA and I see no way the season starts on time or a season at all.

Actually, no. What's the name of that bitch who walked out of the Wuhan Virology Lab back in October of November of last year?

Fine with me. Every state can pass a universal mask mandate it won't change anything.

Death rate is still low (getting even lower).

New York has more deaths than the combined states you listed.

If people thought cases weren't going to go up after states opened up economies/businesses they are way to far gone ignorant and naive.
