Sure thing. There are more deaths this year from flu not attributed to Covid than there are Covid deaths ruling out flu.

Stats

And we have the MLS up and running. Comparing American college football to European professional soccer is foolish.

Good thing this doesn’t affect the SEC.

Nothing is magically changing within 2 weeks.

Folks need to nut up and say screw the case count and focus on mortality rate

Yea the cases are going up so it’s not happening. Most star players will sit out the season if it’s in February

They all have significantly higher death rates than us in terms of positive test to deaths.

We have a shite ton more people than any European country. We test a shite load more than any European country. Of course we will have more cases and deaths. This virus didnt disappear over there. They just hit their ceiling far quicker because of denser populations.

Only way to actually stop this is literally shut down everything for a month straight. No one allowed anywhere. Let it cycle out. I'd do it if it gives us CFB at this point to be honest.

Nobody can prove at all that the alleged "mask truthers" are what is causing the spike it's so laughable. Nobody can quantify it for us. How many people are actually breaking the rules. Of those people how many made trips to the hospital and are in the ICU. I would guess mask truthers are least likely to get tested and taking up ventilators.

Explain

What are they doing different? Be specific
Fauci says we only shut down 50% of economy...so these countries shut down more? No fast food, no grocery stores, no meat packers, no transportation of goods?

Why are these countries not testing? Italy and Spain have only performed around 5MM test each with populations over 60MM
Germany has population over 80MM and performed 6MM test...

Belgium, UK, France, Spain, Italy, Sweden all have much higher deaths per million....so who exactly is doing a better job? Mexico....China and its 4,000 deaths? Lol

If we didn't have an election in November we would get to play. But we do, so we won't. EVERYTHING this close an election is politics, everything.

And just what do you think is going to be different in the spring? We are about to lock everything down again only to watch it spike back up upon reopening.

Big money college athletics might be dying before our very eyes. We killed March Madness; the College World Series, and now the golden goose is about to get cancelled.

There isn’t a school out there that isn’t going to have to severely tighten the belts to keep their AD afloat once we cancel the season. Paying millions on millions of dollars for football coaches isn’t going to seem like such a good investment very soon.
