This is the first year where Texas A&M has a defensive line that can hold up against the run. This is also the first time LSU offensive line is piss poor in run blocking.

They are always bad in pass-pro, but they usually trot out 4 mauling guard types and a center that can get push.

They have nothing upfront this year.

This is the first time A&M is better on both lines of scrimmage.

Jimbo is going in dry.

I love how everyone forgets that football is not just about OFFENSE! Let’s just ignore the good parts of our team Burrow is going to light that secondary up and our D/ST are going to play with there hair on fire. Jimbo wishes he was going in dry...you guys drinking too much of the good stuff today on this Thanksgiving?

It’s thanksgiving. He’ll dock it in gravy so it won’t be dry.

The matchup favors the Aggies. Burrow is the key to victory and he isn't good enough to warrant confidence in his ability to expose a bad secondary. I think Jimbo gets his signature victory Saturday.

Neither of these teams are capable of “destroying” the other one.

"Destroyed"?
That's pretty strong. I wouldn't be surprised by an Aggie win.
The Tiger offense can be so anemic when we can't run. Hell, even with it, we're not a juggernaut. Our offense is not really even a "box of chocolates".

We've relied on a really favorable turnover ratio and some episodic big plays this year.

I suspect that this will be a close game which may come down to one team or another needing a late drive to win or ice it.

As for McElroy, he's a tool. Honestly the entire SECN team is god-awful. Tebow is the only one who is worth a crap.

Any predictions of when McElroy comes out of the closet?

Not gonna happen. We turn mediocre QBs into NFL Draft Picks, esp LSU QBs. As long as Charles Oliver and gang start in the secondary, it's a moot point

My gut tells me this one could go either way, with a slight nod to LSU. Next year, we turn the corner, reeling off several consecutive wins. But it won’t surprise me if LSU takes this one.

LSU should be pretty decent next year, on paper better than right now. This may be A&M’s best chance . Next year playing home LSU will be tough.

I am curious what all of you people that think there is no way LSU wins, thought before the Georgia game?

I think they have a great chance this year. Already told Tbird that. Will not be surprised at all.

ESPN didn't realize that these teams sucked like everyone on the secr(minus LSU fans) did.

At least Miami became bowl eligible last week.
